Planting density: 4600 plants per hectare

Harvesting method: manually in crates of 18 kg with transferring and transformation within 60 minutes of the harvest
Fermentation: in stainless steel of superior quality AISI 316, at controlled temperature of 28° C max
Aging period: 2 years in 500 lt French oak tonneau (allier, troncais). 1 year in bottle.
